These Terms of Service, Conditions of Use, and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) govern your use of this website and the services offered through it (the “Website”). By accessing, registering, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting changes online. Continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
1. Purpose of the Website
This Website provides an online document-preparation and educational platform for individuals preparing Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) and related materials.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. We are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Any optional attorney services (if offered) are provided under a separate written agreement with that attorney, who alone is responsible for legal advice or representation.
2. Services Offered
Depending on the service level purchased, you may receive:
- Guided questionnaires to collect your personal information for N-400 preparation.
- Automated smart checks to flag obvious inconsistencies or missing data.
- Educational content, including video instructions, FAQs, and evidence checklists.
- Assembled form packets for your review and filing with USCIS.
- Optional add-ons, such as translation, interview preparation, or attorney review (subject to separate fees and agreements).
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not verify your facts, ensure eligibility, or guarantee approval.
3. Fees and Payment
- Platform Access Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee charged at sign-up. This grants immediate access to your account and client portal.
- Service Fee: Covers the preparation and delivery of your packet. Once you submit your questionnaire or engage any human review/support, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Optional Refund Window: If you purchase a tier that advertises a 24-hour refund window, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase only if you have not submitted your questionnaire or used human review/support.
- Government & Third-Party Fees: USCIS filing fees, biometrics fees, mailing costs, translations, notaries, and similar expenses are not included and remain your responsibility.
Payments may be made online by card, ACH, or other accepted methods. Convenience fees may apply to phone payments.
4. Account, Documents, and Revisions
- Account Expiration: Your account expires 120 days after purchase or 30 days after we deliver your completed packet, whichever comes first.
- Document Validity: USCIS forms change regularly. Your documents are guaranteed current only as of the date of delivery. If you delay filing, you may need paid updates.
- Revisions: Clerical errors on our part will be corrected free of charge if reported within 30 days. Substantive changes (e.g., new addresses, trips, arrests, or eligibility basis) require a paid revision.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality services. However, due to the nature of digital access, intellectual property, and document-preparation services, all fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this policy. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(a) Non-Refundable Platform Access Fee
- The initial platform access fee (sometimes called an account setup fee) is strictly non-refundable once charged.
- This fee covers account creation, portal access, questionnaire delivery, and administrative setup. Delivery of login credentials and/or client portal access constitutes full and final delivery of this product.
(b) Non-Refundable Service Fee After Use Begins
- The service fee (beyond the platform access fee) becomes non-refundable immediately upon the earlier of:
- Submission of your online questionnaire, or
- Use of any human review, translation, or support beyond basic technical assistance.
- Services cannot be “returned” once work begins. Because staff time and resources are committed to your case immediately, fees cannot be refunded.
(c) Optional 24-Hour Refund Window (If Purchased)
- If you purchased a tier that advertises a 24-hour refundable window, you may cancel within 24 hours of payment, provided that:
- You have not submitted your questionnaire;
- You have not engaged human review or support; and
- You request cancellation in writing within the 24-hour window.
- After 24 hours, this option automatically expires.
(d) Refunds Outside Policy
- Any refund outside the rules above is solely at our discretion. If granted, it may be partial and is subject to a $50 administrative processing fee.
- Refunds, if approved, are always returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider; we cannot control their timelines.
(e) Circumstances That Do Not Qualify for Refunds
The following situations (non-exhaustive) do not qualify for refunds:
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You discover you are not eligible for naturalization.
- USCIS delays, rejections, RFEs (Requests for Evidence), or denials.
- Failure to provide accurate, complete, or truthful information.
- Inability or refusal to gather required evidence or translations.
- Technical or printing difficulties on your side (computer, internet, or printer issues).
- You decide to hire an attorney after using our service.
- You reconcile with a spouse, withdraw your application, or decide not to proceed.
- You alter documents without our approval.
- You fail to file your application in a timely manner.
- Local USCIS offices require additional or unique forms not covered by our standard preparation.
- You fail to respond to USCIS notices, biometrics, or interview requests.
- Any event outside our control, including changes in immigration law, forms, or government policies.
(f) Refund Request Procedure
- To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us at info@n400form.com and request a refund request form.
- Complete the form fully and return it with any required documentation.
- Failure to complete the refund request form, provide requested details, or follow the instructions will result in denial.
(g) Refund Decisions
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case, strictly against this policy.
- A decision will typically be issued within 7–10 business days after submission of a complete request.
- Our decision regarding refunds is final.
(h) Chargebacks Treated as Breach
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following our refund request procedure constitutes a breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account immediately;
- Provide evidence to your payment processor that services were delivered;
- Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus recovery of fees, costs, and attorneys’ fees if necessary.
6. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree not to file chargebacks before completing our refund request process. We may provide account logs, IP records, and document delivery proofs to your bank as evidence of services rendered. Improper chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery actions.
7. Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee approval, processing speed, interview outcomes, or USCIS decisions.
The Website and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, or wasted expenses.

We collect personal data you provide, including your name, contact details, questionnaire responses, and payment information.
Use of Data
We use your data solely to:
- Deliver services you purchased.
- Provide updates, service-related communications, and reminders.

SMS/Text Messaging Consent
- By opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your account, payments, or services.
- Message Frequency: Recurring messages may be sent.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time or contact us by email/phone.
- HELP: Reply HELP for instructions.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
We do not pre-check SMS opt-in boxes. You must actively consent.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

- Transferability: Your rights are personal and not transferable.

Severability: If one section is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
